Back home again! A long day riding to and from Tenn. A little rain going south and some rain just south of Cincinnati Ohio on our way back, BUT ....Wed. nite clear, Thur. THRU Sunday clear and warm! Breezy warm days, cool nights,and Low Humidity, Absolutely perfect! Beautiful grassy areas to camp! Our Canopy along with our Banner drew attention to our club! We had several folks stop by and ask about the 4 Winds Club!
We had at least 9 members, ( Ed, Joe, Leo, Ron, Holly, Bob, Tim, Diane, and Myself, Plus some others I can't think of.) There were others that hung-out with us too, our old member Thom Grundy with his buddy Paul Koontz, Bob's Buddy, Ron's Wife,Son, and Daughter-in-Law come to mind.
So for the Rally .... 6018 attending, Beautiful Fair Grounds, No waiting for the showers we were using, Beautiful restored antique Bikes and even a Isetta! Plenty of vendors, and the typical Food Trucks, Live Bands, and of coarse the Beer Garden! A BMW stunt rider gave an exciting show, Wheelies, Stoppies,and Drifting on a 310, Sport Bike, and a BAGGER! Seminars, Bike Judging and visiting with old and new Friends took up the rest of our time!
So did we have a Good Time .... YES! Are we Glad we went ....YES! Are we thinking about Montana for next year .....Maybe! Start making your Plans!
